Massage therapist, Amy Williams, is the newest addition to the Triune of Life family.

Her energy, enthusiasm and dedication to the healing arts is apparent in her dealings with Triune of Life members and staff. (We have all clamoured for spots in Amy’s schedule!)

Amy’s education and experience has been multi-faceted and broad based. She has been a Reiki master for nine years. In 2006, Amy moved from Colorado to San Diego to attend the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego where she specialized in Thai Medical Massage and studied Deep Tissue Massages, along with Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Integration, Cranialsacral work, and Aromatherapy.

Amy specializes in what she calls “massage for the whole family” (pregnancy, kids with special needs, teens, seniors), and draws upon her broad background in designing what she likes to call a “custom blend of modalities” for each of her clients.
